Iran Launches Missile Attack on U.S. Base in Qatar; No Casualties Reported
On June 23, Iran fired a series of short- and medium-range ballistic missiles targeting the U.S. Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, in retaliation for recent American strikes on Iranian nuclear sites. Due to prior coordination and joint efforts, Qatar’s air defense systems, supported by U.S. forces, successfully intercepted several of the missiles. No casualties were reported.
