Bengaluru-headquartered Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has made a major move in the April–June quarter, acquiring 102 acres of prime land across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai. This strategic expansion, detailed in the company’s latest investor presentation, is aimed at developing large-scale residential projects with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹20,400 crore.
