SIC may seek clarification from Kochi Corporation on alleged move to curb RTI applications

Corporation had decided to hand over details of repeat RTI applicants to the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau for a probe into their financial backgrounds; SIC meeting on Wednesday to discuss the issue after taking suo motu notice of the developments; Commission sources say the RTI Act does not prescribe a limit on the number of applications a person can file
